However, you can still apply to be considered for future opportunities.] Found it Digital is looking for a Website Concierge Specialist to assist with managing client communication, web design projects, and agency admin tasks. We’re looking to work with someone who has the organizational and self-management skills to meet the needs of various website projects on a contractual basis. As a Website Concierge Specialist you’ll work closely with our clients and be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.

In this role you’ll be working closely with the owner, digital team and our clients to manage web design projects from start to finish. You’ll need to be able to communicate directly with clients to articulate their needs to the team by delegating and managing tasks in our project management tool Teamwork.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team and be comfortable collaborating on multiple projects. This person will have a background in customer service and understand what delivering excellence means. We’re looking for someone with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills and the ability to manage your own time. This person can be located anywhere in the U.S. and will be contracted on an hourly basis.

Position starts with a 30 day trial period. After the 30 days, if all goes well, you’ll have a performance review 60 days after that.

Manage and delegate tasks to interns or other contracted workers
Complete training modules to advance capabilities in the area of web development, digital marketing, and project management
Create tasks and timelines for contractors and internal staff using project management tools
Assist with content entry, content organization, and bug fixes for projects
Run errands locally
Create wireframes and sitemaps for projects
Create task and timelines in project management tool
Look for opportunities for department growth and present proposals, feedback or suggestions
