Found it Digital is looking for a virtual assistant to support the owner on daily to-do list items. We’re looking to work with someone who has great communication skills, attention to detail, and likes early mornings! As our virtual assistant your primary responsibility will be managing our communication which will include answering phones, responding to voicemails, and responding to and sorting incoming emails. This person can be located anywhere in the U.S. as the position is 100% remote.

Availability to work 1-2 hours each morning Monday - Friday, preferably around 6am-9am MST
Able to work 8-10 hours per week

Check emails and voicemails and reply to all emails/voicemails that you can do
Send emails to prospects to schedule a meeting 
Follow up by email with new contacts
Engage on social media channels (primarily Instagram)
Manage and create strategies for growth on social media channels (primarily instagram and Linkedin)
Filter support requests and assign what you’re able to
Schedule meetings and manage my personal calendar

Create proposals in Dubsado
Attend client meetings, organize meeting notes, and send meeting recap emails to clients
Create company documents and assets in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite programs
Send ongoing communication with clients and staff to keep projects progressing

Online research for projects, tools, strategy, blog posts ideas, speaking opportunities, etc as needed
Organization of business expenses
Coordinate and pay company expenses for contractors, tools, subscriptions, etc
Manage and delegate tasks to interns or other contracted workers
Complete training modules to advance capabilities
Create tasks and timelines for subcontractors
Assist with content entry and content organization for projects
Look for opportunities for growth and present feedback or suggestions

1 to 2 years of professional experience in project management, administration, reception, or as a virtual assistant
